Successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a certain project
Site monitoring and supervision ensuring all works are done as per schedule and on-ground team is mobilized efficiently
Help maintain ample resources and negotiate deals with potential vendors
Determine the schedule of labor and resources based on estimation of the critical path for proper demand planning
Working closely with the upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality of work meets the standards
Report daily project and site progress with supporting documentation
Serve as liaison for any management related requirements
Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Must be mobile and ready to go on field work anytime
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) (English and Filipino)
Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
Knowledgeable in various project management methods
Strong critical and analytic thinking and problem solving skills
Confident in leading and managing people
Technically inclined and excellent attention to details
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
At least 3 years of working experience is required
Exposure in construction industry
Flexible with shifting schedules
Self-starter; can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment
