Job Description
Your Function:
General
Devise and coordinate detailed Project Plans and Work Schedules with the Project Team
Manage monitor overall project Health (Escalations, Issues, Risks and Mitigation)
Maintain and monitor RAID log across the project lifecycle until warranty support
Work with the Project Team on Project Management activities (Work Plan, Cutover, Development Schedule, etc.) consist of business users, MWC technical team and 3rd party system integrator (SI)
Identify and Manage availability of Project Resources including Business Users and 3rd party system integrator
Manage and track day to day project activities
Drive the Project Activities in accordance with the timelines and methodologies to ensure all phases are on-track (including go-live)
Prepare, Coordinate and drive Project Management and Operating Steering Committee Meetings
Prepare and coordinate technical governance meetings for review and approval
Prepare and track Project Status Reports
Ensure that all relevant Artifacts (Raid Logs, Project Plans, Status Reports, etc.) project documentations are signed-off complete, and uploaded in the designated repository
Drive requirements definition for Terms of Reference (TOR)
Drive budget estimation and budget approval activities
Drive technical evaluation during bidding phase
Facilitate completion of 3rd party System Integration and business users activities
Your Profile:
Resource should be junior position and have at least 2 years of PM experience with SAP
Finance (including Budget) and Supply Chain implementation
