Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficiency of projects of the bank, including keeping track of progress and ensuring activities' completion.
Leads the project management and preparation of project plan for all major projects of the Bank in accordance of the company's project policy framework.
Conducts industry research and gathers information to validate the business case / feasibility of the project.
Prepares and analyzes business requirement document and the project scope of work.
Assists in the preparation of the implementation plan, resource plan, pilot-operational plan, user training plan and post production validation plan.
Prepares project milestone reports to stakeholders, senior management and the IT Steering Committee.
Identifies and implements processes and activities to improve.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of four (4) years preferably related to business course.
At least three (3) year work experience in project management and analytics
Familiarity with projects in the group, Background in Banking, analytics
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work in Makati
