Job Description
Your mission
Create framework and governance on project portfolio, dependencies and management of critical path across projects to align to company strategy
Participate in project management governance bodies and provide project overview to senior management
Interact between relevant stakeholders and manage conflicts & expectations
Ensure the proper initiation, planning, execution, control and proper closure of all project
Achieve defined objectives of programs and project portfolios (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing and post project reviews)
Support the build-up and continuous improvement of project management practices, processes and tools for all departments
Establish, monitor and improve project reporting processes, including full risk, issue and dependency management
Provide advice and quality controls to programs and project
Educate and coach project management practitioners in all departments
Support the harmonization of project management governance between teams, departments and regions
Qualifications
What you need
5yrs+ experience as PMO manager or with managing portfolio of projects
Knowledge of various project management standards, methods and processes
Excellent written and verbally English language skills
Know-how on Project Tracking Software (preferably Atlassian Jira)
You will get extra points for the following
Certificate in Project Management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or similar)
Experience with Financial Management
