Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible in overseeing all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assigned responsibilites and monitor and summarize progress of project. Document all project / initiative related discussions to ensure all decision points and agreements are in track.
Responsibilities:
Lead project teams of internal and/or external resources to deliver specified programs/projects to customer and efficiency objectives
Provide inputs into business case initiatives and ensure that all associated costs, risks and mitigation plans are incorporated and vetted accordingly
Identify, manage and control financial and operating risks and issues affecting the project
Collaborate with the Project Sponsor, stakeholders, including external party providers if applicable, to ensure the project team is able to achieve the established project objectives
Manage the definition, development and delivery of the approved programs/projects, including the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), in line with the approved business cases
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
At least 3 years work experience in Project Management preferably in Financial Institutions or Digital / Online Platforms
Experience in leading projects using Agile Methodology is a plus
Willing to work ON SITE and be assigned in ORTIGAS.
