Manage eCommerce business projects end-to-end from scoping to execution . Propose, execute, and deliver impactful projects that will drive the business's KPI and/or business efficiencies . Understand business projects holistically - it's rationale, value, design, and impact design fitting solutions for identified areas with opportunity and improvement . Coordinate with different project owners and stakeholders to align the goals, clear road blocks, and ensure smooth execution, while providing full project visibility and feedback . Improve seller and customer experience through commercial project and initiatives . Innovate information management and commercial organizational innovations working together with functional heads and business partners Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills . 4-year degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field of study . At least 3 years working experience in project management, product management, consulting, or other related fields . Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader . Have a strong affinity towards nation building and contributing value . Have high attention to detail and critical of processes . Eager to work in a fast-paced environment .
