The Role
As a Project Management Governance Analyst, you will --
Assists the Project Management Governance Head to in ensuring that SBC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates adopt and adhere to Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Framework as part of the key pillar of Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
This role is responsible in conducting the Stage Gate review and other task to ensure compliance of the project to EPM Framework.
This role will also be responsible to work with Internal, External and BSP Auditors during Project Audit.
This is a critical role to the success of the adoption and monitoring of EPM Framework and receives a high level of visibility throughout the organization.
The Project Management Governance Analyst possesses business acumen and sophisticated analytical thinking, advance knowledge of project management system capabilities/integration, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels
How you'll contribute
Governance
Responsible in conducting the Stage Gate review and other task to ensure compliance of the project to EPM Framework. Communicate result to Business Segment Head, Project Sponsor, Project Working Team (PWT).
Responsible to work with Internal, External and BSP Auditors during Project Audit
Offer management knowledge and influences activities on business-critical projects from the conceptual phase, solution implementation, project close and continuous improvement
Regularly reviews, assess, and revise the Enterprise Project Management Framework of the Bank and subsidiaries to maintain its effectiveness and efficiency
Assess training needs of the Project Management Team. Develop training modules or information cascade based on the Lesson Learned of the projects.
Proposes the creation, adoption, and implementation of best practice policies in Project Management Governance
Work with Segment and Unit Heads to ensure consideration of project interdependencies for Strategic, Major projects
Ensures that all programs and projects managed by EPMO will follow and effectively managed and follow standards: governance structure, communication, change management, and performance management
Partner with the functional business and technology leaders on the implementation of program and project management processes, methods, techniques, tools, guidelines, and standards
Support
Stays current on industry trends in the development of enterprise planning tools
Collaborate with the Project Management Governance Head and escalate issues timely
Performs document reviews and monitors compliance on policies
Assess Training needs of the Bank including different Transformation and Project Management Team
Conducts training on Enterprise Project Management Framework as deemed necessary
What we're looking for
2 - 4 years of experience
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science/Engineering, Open to any field of study
Minimum requirement: Project Management, Banking and Financial, Process Design & Control, Quality Assurance
Preferred exposure but not required: Change Management, General/Cost Accounting, IT-Hardware, IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, IT-Software, Human Resources
Preferred but not required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Program and Project Offices (P3O), and/or Agile/Scrum certified or any related licenses
Knowledge on Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle
High degree of organizational & analytical skills. Flexible and capable of taking multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated and result-oriented, driving projects to meet the designated schedule
Knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis
Proven high performer with strong organizational & time management skills, ability to multitask and highly organized
Strong collaborator across various functional organizations to achieve a common goal
Ability to drive the timely resolution of identified problematic areas with other departments
Must be able to work independently
Proven ability to hold others accountable
Excellent problem identification, solving, critical-thinking, and remediation skills
