Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Rumble Royale internal departments to define and prioritize the projects
Planning project activations, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring various task and deliverables
Compiling and forecasting financial and workload data, including project budgets, risks, and resource hours, allocation and safety protocols.
Providing reports (financial and utilization/efficiency) to RUMBLE ROYALE Heads and Executives as needed
Overseeing the development of projects and ensuring that assigned personnel are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Bachelors Degree Graduate - Any Business or related Course
1-2 Years Experience in Project Management of Events, and Events coordination.
Knowledge in games particular on a mobile platform is a plus
Goal-driven, comfortable in working independently or in a team
an entrepreneurial mindset * Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
and multi-tasking skills * Solid background in MS Office/ Google Drive applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
