Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience on the role with excellent Project Management experience on Process Improvement and Automation.
Lean Certified or Six Sigma Greenbelt certified with good knowledge of using Quality Tools and problem solving techniques.
Knowledge on Agile Methodology and Scrum.
Automation and/or Technology Background using the following tools: Robotic Process Automation, VBA or any other programming language, SharePoint/Confluence, HTML, Workflow Tool, Data Transformation and Visualization Tool, JIRA, etc. is an advantage.
Experience conducting training is preferred.
Working knowledge on MS office and statistical tools.
Good communication, presentation and reporting skills
Stakeholder management skills.
Expertise on change management.
Ability to drive risk and control agenda.
