Position Summary
The GES Process Excellence Project Management Analyst drives projects and programs with moderate supervision from the PEX Lead. Project execution will cover the different segments of HR Employee Support Operations both in the location and the region.
In Project Management, the PEX Analyst is expected to conduct research, analyze data and perform root cause analysis to be able to understand and identify the pain points and opportunities in the processes. The PEX Analyst must anticipate the need to properly escalate and document project risks and issues.
In GES Capability Development, the PEX Analyst is expected to contribute in designing training modules, facilitate trainings and develop segments of business presentations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Identifying key business process improvement opportunities within the different segments of Global Employee Support and driving best practices sharing across all teams
Communicating to key stakeholders the details of initiatives to ensure full and common understanding of the project goals and program objectives
Driving the HR innovation ideation culture and business process transformation as integral parts of the daily operations which includes mentoring and coaching
Developing sustainable and reusable solutions using available tools and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Xceptor, RPA) and quantify associated business case
Ensure the use of problem-solving and root cause analysis, monitor and audit the deployed solutions for effectiveness and compliance
Analyzing of operational performance reports and present summary of findings and recommendations
Designing and presenting programs and key business updates and reports to the GES stakeholders (local, regional and global)
Delivering trainings from the list of PEX Capability Development offerings
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experience in implementing & managing small to medium scale projects - planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting
Strong background on using Quality Tools and problem solving techniques, certification on Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and influence in order to gain mutual agreement as required
Working knowledge on data analytics and application tools, programming background is an advantage
