Design and manage end-to-end cross-functional programs that directly impact strategic objectives
Identify KPIs and continuously evaluate to identify areas of improvement and ways to refine strategy
Drive collaboration and communication among stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and progress
Support stakeholders in implementing and coordinating initiatives
Provide regular reports to the management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
3-5 years experience in Project/Program Management, Strategy, or E-Commerce
Proven ability to manage large and complex projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
Excellent stakeholder management especially with senior leads/managers
Strong problem solving skills and with ability to draw insights from large and ambiguous data sets
Highly quantitative and analytical able to process and manipulate data independently
Flexible and able to adapt in an agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesise information for executive-level audiences
