Thaison Builder and Developer Inc., urgently looking an Project In Charge for Lucena SiteDuties and Responsibilities
Provide and Monitor Project Schedule and budget that meets required deadlines and profit
Determine labor requirements in line with project Budget and Schedule
Provide daily Manpower instructions and deployment to maximize manpower productivity
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Assist in Preparation of project reports and Monitoring to be presented regularly with TBDI Managements as well as regular meetings with the client.
Prepare and evaluate monthly billings to be submitted, presented and justified to the client.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, representing the owner or developer
Assist in Preparation of contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Provide project Value engineering to maximize project profit at the same time meets clients' expectations
Produce documents such as construction drawings, methodologies, schedules, construction drawings, fabrication drawings, calculations etc. to satisfy the requirements of a project or proposal
Inspect the site for issues that might affect the future implementation of the design.
Prepare and constantly review plans, construction drawings, cost estimates and specifications before actual construction begins
Ensure that all the drawings are compliant with the law, building codes and the company's standards
In the absence of project head Overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project
Perform effectively within tight time-scales, keep within strict budgets and create a positive client environment such that clients become/remain in a good relationship throughout the contract.
Plan the delivery of the project at hand.
Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignment. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues and other personnel.
Regularly report to PIC / PM site issues that may arise during Construction
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Civil Engineering.(Licensed)
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Professional License (Architect/ Engineer) preferred but not required
Must be stay in with free barracks and utilities
