DUTIES:
Weekly site visitation to active clients
Strictly implementation and scheduling of manpower and vehicle assignment.
Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines.
Responsible in dispatching of manpower in a timely manner and monitoring of their attendance.
Development of individual program budgets, Petty cash monitoring and liquidation.
Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
Ensure the completeness of material request per project.
Pre-preparation of materials before dispatch.
Performs quality control of each materials and equipment.
Prepare shop drawings per client
Monitor production standards and quality of materials per project.
Improve operational systems, processes and policies, plan inventory, ensure warehouse maintenance efficiency and support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Ensure that all jobs are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
Ensures the operation team has enough time to fabricate, deliver and install products based on the target deadlines.
Communicates any changes in the fabrication and installation of project.
Weekly update and submission of report in the status of each project.
Pre-turnover of project, site evaluation and planning.
Attending Job Order meeting.
Complies with all policies, procedures and rules and regulations of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any engineering courses preferably civil ENGINEERING GRADUATE
Able to oversee manpower in operations department
Expirience in windows and doors industry
Able to use software such as AutoCAD, Sketch up and the like
Minimum of 2 years on the same field
Driving skills is an advantage
