Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
Experience working in the field of Residential Construction is required.
Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project
While the project is undergoing, he/she are responsible for safety measures on site.
Ensure Conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.
Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
Review technical specifications and recommended changes.
Set an efficient and timely schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials.
