Is currently looking for:
 
PROJECT IN-CHARGE / SITE ENGINEER
 
Job Descriptions:
Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they align with the project schedule and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing any concerns.
Track material deliveries and inventory on-site, ensuring timely availability and preventing shortages.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports documenting construction activities, milestones achieved, and any challenges encountered.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and equipment use for project cost control purposes.
Enforce all safety regulations on the construction site, conducting safety briefings and addressing any unsafe practices.
Work collaboratively with safety officers to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
Conduct quality checks on construction work to ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years working experience
Professional license in Civil Engineering or equivalent is advantage
Knowledgeable in project management systems, formworks technology, MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
Knowledgeable in cost estimate/quantity/surveying, QA/QC
Must be a team player with good relationship-building skills, average communication skills. Highly technical with an eye for detail
Must have strong initiative and a problem solver
Has the ability to work within budget and deadline and understand how actions can affect the profitability of a project
