Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare cost estimated and quotations.
* Estimate work items based on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions, and specifications.
* Prepare quantity takeoff and evaluate cost proposals.
* Review bid documents and construction technical specifications.
* Perform risk and value management and cost control.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* With at least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
* Computer literate
* Good communication skills
* Can prepare BOQs and cost all the quantities
* Effective oral and written communication skill
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
