Must be a License Mechanical Engineer
With at least 1 year of experience in a construction industry
With hands-on experience in managing manpower in the site
Conducts regular inspection and monitoring of daily site activities and coordinates and reports to PIC any non-conformance with the approved or For Construction Drawings (FCD), approved Method Statement and Project Quality Control Assurance Procedure and Policy (QCAPP).
Coordinates and reports all project status, accomplishment, and concerns to its Immediate Manager and COD Head during the implementation of project.
Ensure the project is on schedule, if there is delay, recommends to its Immediate Manager and to COD Head possible solutions to mitigate further delays in the project. If necessary, draft time extension for review, comment, and approval of its Immediate Manager and COD Head.
Prepares and recommends progress billing to its Immediate Manager and to COD Head.
Drafts report on any incident at the site for possible variation order for review and approval of its Immediate Head and COD Head.
Coordinates and attends project meetings during construction and post construction of the project when necessary.
Willing to be deployed in different project sites within and outside Cebu City
