Job Description:
The role
Cardno is currently seeking A Project Finance Administrator join the project finance team in Manila. The role will assist the APAC business remotely with project setups, project maintenance, billing as well as end of month reporting. You will ensure work is produced efficiently and on time within organisational standards and guidelines, whilst fostering a cohesive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include -
Assist with setup of Proposals in BST
Assist with and ensure new Projects are setup accurately in BST and in line with awarded contract documentation and Project Initiation Forms
Assist Project Managers with all billing, invoicing and collection activities
Assist during the End of Month process with revenue recognition, reporting and reconciliation activities
Ensure correct recording of budgets and subsequent variations as well as compliance with supporting contract documentation
Provide BST and PM Portal support to Project Managers
Reconcile and close out completed projects
About you
Ideally you will possess -
Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Accounting
At least 3 years demonstrated work experience in a similar role preferably within the professional services environment
Previous experience using BST will be highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate and foster a cohesive team environment with a proven ability to self-manage.
Refine and improve current business practices to achieve better efficiencies across the team
Offer superior quality of work and adherence to set deadlines
Offer a consistent and seamless service product regardless of internal client location
Manage a high volume workload
