Hands-on or proficiency in quality survey (project cost estimate), preparation of construction schedule and quality work implementation and evaluation
Computer literate with Knowledge in Auto CADD

SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and monitors project of the company and ensures that the project runs according to schedule.
Inspects work in progress in all areas of operations of assigned project
Coordinates with the local government units and community representatives
Ensures that the project follows safety standards/laws and client's safety requirement
Reports problems encountered pertaining to the assigned project/s
