PROJECT ENGINEER
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction methodologies.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willing to work overtime.
Willing to be assigned in project sites within and outside Cebu.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct on site investigation and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
Responsible for project running cost monitoring and can do estimate costing.
Responsible for interpreting construction plans and understanding the detailed lay out of the site.
In-charge of site supervision and quality control.
Implementation of Site Construction Safety and Health.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements.
Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
