PROJECT ENGINEER
 
Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating resources, managing project progress, and collaborating with various teams to deliver successful outcomes.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all technical and engineering requirements are met during project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Ensure designs and engineering solutions meet project specifications and quality standards.
Work with design teams to create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Track project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.
Prepare cost estimates and manage project financials.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Oversee testing and commissioning of systems and equipment.
Ensure the project is handed over to the client according to specifications.
Qualifications:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Previous experience in project engineering or a similar role in Heating and Refrigeration Industry.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and IMAX (AXAPTA) software.
With valid drivers licensed
Office-based with occasional site visits to monitor project progress.
