PROJECT ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in construction or a related engineering field
Extensive expertise in cost estimation, engineering principles, and construction project operations
Proficient in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership abilities, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Possession of a Driver's License is an advantage
Job Specifications:
Evaluates bids, project plans, and proposals
Collaborates with management to establish project objectives, goals and deliverables
Calculates timeframes and sequences of project stages
Defines project responsibilities by determining project phases, tasks, and timelines
Actively participates in project coordination meetings and ensures clear communication among stakeholders
Oversees and coordinates the project's technical aspects
Enforces strict quality control, health, and safety measures to maintain compliance with regulations
Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budget schedules
Responds and resolves project issues on time
