TRIMAR CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING is a PCAB registered construction entity that started out as a specialty contractor last March 25, 2014 with scope of works such as : waterproofing, toilet partitions, steel works, epoxy floor coatings, retrofitting works, civil works among others then about 2 years ago, It ventured into the general construction services such as vertical and horizontal construction, project management, renovations and construction fit-outs.
 
PROJECT ENGINEER
 
PROJECT ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architecture (License not required)
At least 3 years or more work experience in vertical and horizontal construction, renovations, fit-out works.
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, Primavera software)
Skilled in project cost estimates and interpretations of construction drawings
Skilled at project implementation and has knowledge in bid preparations
Must know how to do project cost control and cost management
Willing to visit or be assigned at construction sites to monitor progress of projects
Has good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management and good leadership skills
Able to manage multiple projects with efficiency
Can work under pressure and with less supervision
Willing to be assigned outside Cebu if the project calls for it
Must be honest, sincere, loyal to the company he is working for
Must have valid driving license and knows how to drive motorcycle
Can start ASAP
