Project Engineer
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Civil Engineer
-4-5 years of experience as Project Engr.
-Licensed Civil Engr.
- Can work independently
-With good leadership, high integrity and good mathematical skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct scheduled inspection on sites and facilities to determine sites' condition and adherence to company's standard maintenance procedures.
2. Report site issues and recommend appropriate actions.
3. Communicate reports to the office and/or to the clients.
4. Survey the project sites and estimate costing, time, manpower & materials needed.
5. Read, interpret, and discuss drawings in detail.
6. Discuss design structures with clients, together with other concerned personnel in the construction of the project.
7. Manages construction projects to ensure compliance to design specifications, safety standards, cost budgets, and timetables.
8. Assist the Project Head with the coordination and daily supervision of all site/office works.
9. Liaise and coordinate on technical matters, and submission and approvals of project
10. Monitor quality to ensure smooth work progress.
11. Take charge of teams deployed onsite to ensure maximum productivity
12. Handle documentation requirements and paperwork
