>Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
>With PRC and driver's license (Preferred)
>A minimum of 4 (4) years of work experience in construction projects involving Civil and Structural works and Estimates
> Managing the construction projects
> Prepares cost estimates and analysis
> Overseeing building works
> Undertaking surveys
> Setting out sites
> Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
> Supervising contracted staff
> Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and or timescales
> Ensuring materials requisition and purchases are reviewed based on specific project requirement
> Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
> Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
> Preparing site reports and filing in other paperwork
> Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
