Job Responsibilities:
In-charge with the monitoring of cost, schedule and quality control of projects.
Reports the progress of the project on daily and weekly basis to the Construction Manager
Punch listing assessment, billing review and evaluation.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years' experience horizontal and vertical construction.
Licensed Civil engineer.
Knowledgeable in Project Management.
Knows how to analyze structural and architectural plans.
Can prepare workflow program.
Knows how to prepare cost estimate.
Knows how to make cutting list and quantity take-off.
