Site Supervision and Inspection
Supervise delivery, installation, power tapping, commissioning, and acceptance of transport build
Ensure that installations are aligned with the approved Technical Site Survey Report and adhere to client standards
Facilities and OSP Implementation Coordinator
Coordinates with facility vendors for mobilization, implementation progress and Ready for Transport Implementation (RFTI) completion
Field supervision on major facility cutover/migration such as Transformer Upgrade, Genset Changeout, Rectifier, and Battery Upgrades
Joint Equipment Inventory and Inspection
Witness inventory and inspection of new equipment in vendor warehouse to ensure completeness of materials prior to site deployment
Equipment pullout from the warehouse
Onsite supervision of punch list clearing, rectification, and regrooming of transport installations - Onsite supervision of inventory of excess materials and housekeeping
Support with Circuit Loading Extraction Management
Ticket Filing or Work Order Creation in prior to actual activity
Method of Procedure Review for different activities
Collaborates with all Project Stakeholders and Influencers in establishing the high-level project scope, and schedule estimates addressing business requirements
Execute project plan, track and update project status
Organizing, attending, and participating in various cadence
Develops its resource forecasts and all its supporting details and ensures its timely readiness
Responsible to deliver on time the assigned projects
Support with Circuit Loading Extraction Management
Ticket Filing or Work Order Creation in prior to actual activity
Method of Procedure Review for different activities
Supervision on sites for critical and major activities that may occur outages
Negotiates to establish approval of the processes, policies and SLAs with all project influencers, proponents and stakeholders
