Assist Section Head in monitoring work progress and coordinating resources
Adhere to project timeline, quality, and budget
Provide detailed design of earthworks, water supply, sewerage, and drainage
Ensure timely submission of civil design and drawings
Prepare installation reports for submission to construction manager/project manager
Assist section head/senior engineers to plan ahead to avoid unnecessary delay
Job Requirements:
Minimum a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, must be licensed
2 of years in hospitality building construction would be an advantage
Familiar with National Building Code of the Philippines (DPWH) and other related regulations
Experience in precast concrete or its equivalent is preferred
Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
Able to handle site(s) independently
