DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, organizes, coordinates, assigns direction, provides training and work reviews of assigned staff and outside contractors.
Works with facility supervisor to ensure good decisions for the company and the project during the preparations of materials and the purchasing.
Fully reviews drawings and specifications in preparation of subcontractor scope.
Maintain and and assists PM with preparation of Weekly Project Update accurately and on time.
Maintains open communication with subcontractors.
Reviews subcontractor change order proposals for accuracy of quantities, conformance with contract documents and subcontractor scope of work.
Distributes overall project schedule monthly and will take necessary actions to maintain or improve project schedule.
Can identify quality issues in the field and communicate then accordingly.
Enforces contract close-out timeline and notifies subcontractors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Licensed is an advantage but not required
Must have experience in Engineering software or computer programming (i.e. Visual Basic, AUTOCad, PLC, Mathlab)
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing set up especially in civil works
Must be willing to work in Plaridel, Bulacan
