1) Responsible for monitoring of work activities daily of assigned projects involving house construction and land development.
2) Responsible for conducting of inspections and testing of assigned project.
3) Submission of weekly reports.
4) Evaluation of contractor's performance.
5) Evaluation of contractor's submitted progress billing and retention.
6) Responsible for ensuring quality of works and schedule of completion of units assigned.
7) For house construction, readiness of unit prior to welcome tour schedule.
8) Responsible for monitoring of rectifications of welcome tour findings and home owners complaints.
9) Complete documentations of projects handled.
10) Interpret and execute plans and specifications in his/her area of responsibility.
11) Responsible for health and safety rules on site.
12) Responsible for financing institute inspection units for take-out.
13) Responsible for problem solving that may arise at assigned project.
14) Other tasks assigned by superior.
