Job Description
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects from
conception to completion.
- Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Ability to analyze, compare and interprets mechanical/electrical plans
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and supervise the work of designers and contractors
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Review and approve project documents and submittals
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the
satisfaction of the client
- Identify and manage project risks
- Provide technical support to designers and contractors
Continuously improve project management processes
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Experience in construction or related filed is a plus
- Computer Literate (Knowledge on Microsoft Office, AutoCad)
