1. Analyze the design and Bid Documents, prepare bill of quantities, project cost estimate and prepare tender bid proposals;
2. Supervise testing, installation, and construction of electrical distribution, transmission and power generating plants;
3. With excellent Project Management skills, can handle multiple electrical projects;
4. Responsible for interacting with other engineers and staff members to identify and resolve project issues;
5. With knowledge and experience in the design and installation of Utility Scale Solar Power Plants and other Renewable Energy Power Plants;
6. With knowledge and experience in 13.8kV to 69kV Distribution Lines and Substation design, estimate, construction, supervision, testing and commissioning;
7. Willing to be assign in out of town projects from time to time;
