Job Responsibilities:
Assists the Project Department in areas such as contract management, cost control, schedule monitoring and coordination, engineering and design reviews, risks assessments and procurement related issues of projects.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and preparing costs estimates.
Coordinates with the Site Construction team for installation, testing and commissioning works.·
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least three (3) years related work experience in an aircon industry
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
