Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferably Male
Experience in handling site development & construction is an advantage
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project
Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
Must have knowledge/experience in site preparation, materials, methods, and tools involved in design and construction
Can work well under minimum supervision
Self-driven and can handle pressure
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design
