PROJECT ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Male or Female
Knows how to operate AutoCAD (2D,3D)
Knowledgeable in MS OFFICE (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Must have leadership skills and good communication skills
Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
Must be willing to work in Cebu City & Outside Cebu City
Preferably with experience (2 years) or without experience may apply
Full-time position available
Willing to render overtime if needed
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring & Evaluating site activities such as installation of hangers and support for Fire Protection Works, Mechanical (Ducting) works and Plumbing works as per applicable standard
and technical specification of the project.
Preparing all Shop Drawings for Mechanical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection system and proposals for client's approval.
Review materials and their specifications that will be needed for consultant's approval prior for installation.
Preparing Work Schedule & Materials Request.
Attend Design Coordination Meetings with the designers, consultants and owners representatives. Prepare bill of materials and cost estimates for change order request.
Preparing of company's monthly project billing of accomplishments.
Monitor Site Safety and ensure that all works done in the safest possible manner is consistent with good construction practices.
Submit weekly report for the updates of Installation of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
