2. Supervise and Monitor project according to project timeline.
3. Knowledge of sound structural engineering analysis and design
4. Ensuring that good workmanship is implemented by workers and/or contractors.
5. Able to solve all technical problems encountered
6. Check all drawing plans and liase/coodinate wih central office and client to resolve discrepancies at site.
7. Ensure that occupational safety and health standards are enforced.(Wearing of PPE, 5s of Good Housekeeping, Signages, Fire Safety, Working in Heights, Hot Works, Machine Safety, Work Permits etc.)
8. Complete, updated and secure record keeping on site project. (Construction Logbook, Soil Tests, Contracts, Progress Billing, Weekly Progress Reports, Engineering Plans and Drawings, Etc)
