QUALIFICATIONS OF A PROJECT ENGINEER
1. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
2. At least 2yrs of experience in handling Mid Rise Bldg. construction
3. Knowledge in Structural Design works is an ADVANTAGE
4. Knowledge in estimate works
5. Knowledge in MS Office, Auto CADD & other related Eng'g software
6. With good moral character
7. Willing to be assigned to the Project Site
JOB DESCRIPTION OF A PROJECT ENGINEER
1. Preparation of Bill of materials
2. Preparation of Material Request and Progress report
3. Checking of site layouts and vertical control regularly in the projects
4. Conduct meetings with Contractors, Sub Contractors, and Suppliers
5. Evaluation & processing of contractor's and Supplier's progress billings as well as change orders
6. Performing quality control on the project throughout construction to maintain the standards expected and ensure that the project is delivered on time
7. Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
8. Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of the project
9. Will perform other related tasks assigned from time to time
