- Site monitoring and supervision ensuring all works are done as per schedule and on-ground team is mobilized efficiently
- Report daily project and site progress with supporting documentation
- Forecasting schedule of labor and resources according to project status
- Coordinate end to end material requirements of the project
- Serve as liaison for any project related requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Proper handling of assigned budget
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Must be mobile and ready to go on field work anytime
Skills:
- Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) (English and Filipino)
- Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
- Knowledgeable in various project management methods
- Strong critical and analytic thinking and problem solving skills
- Confident in leading and managing people
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PRC not required)
- Knowledge of construction, electrical regulations, technical standards
- At least 3 years of working experience is required
- Exposure in construction industry
- Self-starter; can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment.
