POSITION SUMMARY:
In charge of monitoring the work progress of warehouse construction project while ensuring compliance to quality standards, schedule, and other contract specifications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Reports directly to the Project Manager/Operations Manager
2. Reviews contract requirements and approved shop drawings and other submittal data needed
3. Monitors daily accomplishments of the project
4. Coordinates with other contractors regarding the condition and schedule of work
5. Attend meetings with owner, consultants, contractor and other trades for coordination of the building services drawings
6. Ensures proper preparation of as-built drawings, inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy
7. Attends construction weekly coordination meeting
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least Professional License in Civil Engineering
2. At least three (3) years of working experience and has extensive knowledge and experience in construction operations, engineering, estimating in industrial projects
3. Should possess strong leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with employees from all levels of organization
4. Must be willing to work on site
5. Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a car
6. Candidate must be amenable to work Monday-Saturday schedule
