JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Attend bidding of project.
Evaluate Projects.
Project Costing and Estimates.
Negotiate.
Construction and Turn-Over of Projects.
Scope of Works: Residential, Mid and High Rise; Civil Works, Structural and Architectural Works.
Responsible in overall monitoring of project expenses, billing, job order for subcontractor, progress accomplishment, milestone schedule and project information's to ensure the company's profit and to achieve its goal and objectives.
Evaluates Job Order, Sub Contractor Billings & Retention.
Process progress billing of subcontractor thru SAP.
Site supervision and monitoring.
Generate project costing.
Site inspection, monitoring, and supervision of works such as Concreting Works, Rebar Works, Formworks and Earthworks
Concreting Works
Prepares estimated volume for scheduled pouring (quantities in cubic meter) and submit to ready mix supplier.
Final inspection with management to ensure punch list are done before
concrete pouring.
Conduct concrete slump testing and take concrete cylindrical samples.
Check elevations before and after.
Review concrete finishes and concrete psi.
Coordination with the supplier and monitors accumulated volume, design strength, in and out of truck, quality and duration of concrete ready mix.
Check quality of works perform by concrete pouring in-charge.
Rebar Works
Review Cutting List and check if perform on actual site condition.
Check verticality, spacing of horizontal and vertical bars, rebar covering, supports, binding, welding, quantity and diameter of rebars base on approved cutting list.
Formworks
Check alignment and plumbness of formworks.
Prepares monthly manpower report.
Monitoring of Concrete Pouring &ConcreteTesting 7 days, 14 days & 28 days.
Prepares Contractors Quallity Control Daily Report.
Prepares Quality Control Inspection Request for rebars.
Prepares and evaluates rebar testing billing.
Job Qualifications:
