Job Description
Defines, develops, implements and updates the Project Management Plan up to Project Close-out within Turn-Around Time (TAT)
Provides guidance and directions in developing comprehensive project execution strategy for the successful delivery of projects within the scope, budget, timeline and compliance on standard specifications, Safety and Quality
Provides continues support to the construction management team in finding resolution on issues and concerns encountered during project execution / implementation
Leads the team in the conduct of Project Pre-Commencement or Kick-off meeting with contractors
Review, evaluate and secures approval of project schedule and S-curves from project stakeholders for proper tracking, monitoring, and reporting of Work Accomplishment Report (WAR), Earned Value (EV) and disbursement of payment (AI)
Ensures Project Folders for properly maintained and updated for project monitoring and reporting purposes and ensure all documents are original, approved and updated copies for reference and auditing
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
At least with 5-year work experience in project/construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Holder of professional license of any engineering degree
Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
Willing to accept multiple and/or provincial assignment during the duration of the projects
