Functions and Basic Duties:
1. Assist the project the project manager in the implementation of the project
2. Over-all in charge in field works
3. Prepare construction schedules for implementation in coordination with the project manager
4.Prepare Construction methodology for the approval of the project manager
5. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work accomplished
6. Responsible for safety , security and pollution of the site
7.Anticipation of all materials equipment and manpower required for smooth operation of the project
8. Responsible in the deployment of the resources such as materials, equipment and manpower in each activity in an economical and profitable way
9. Must review plans and specifications and other documents for implementation in the project
10. Must see to it that scheduled activities for the day are accomplished
11. Must assist the billing engineer in preparation for the billing
12.Must prepare shop drawings in coordination with the project supervisor for implementation at site
13. Must anticipate and assess risks, problems for early resolution in the project manager
14.Must assist the surveyor for layout, location elevation and other requirement that involve survey work.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering /PRC License as Civil Engineer
Experience:
Must have experience at least (5) years in civil engineering works and project management.
Must have experience on Bridge or Port Projects.
Must be willing to assigned in different project sites.
