Create, maintain, and distribute Punch List Log
Required Experience
1 year minimum combined work experience in building construction and estimating
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction related field
A Successful Candidate must have
Speaking, reading, and writing fluently in English
Keen attention to detail
Multi-tasking ability to prioritize effectively to meet all deadlines
Proficient with
Reading construction plans, drawings, and specifications Project Management
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
