a. To ensure the project within time and budget targets and specified quality level.
b. Drawing up a project plan including objectives schedule and budgets.
c. Interacting and liaising with Clients, Management, Sub-Contractor, Project team members and other relevant parties.
d. Providing direction, guidance, procedures and leading the project team and conduct site meeting.
e. Ensuring the availability of materials, resources, tools and equipment for execution of the Construction work.
f. Monitoring construction progress, performance against plans and dealing with any problems that arise and initiating preventive and corrective actions.
g. Controlling project changes including changes in scope, time of delivery and quality standard.
h. Administering and managing contractual conditions, obligations and contractual warranty.
i. Managing progress claims and ensuring on-time submission of invoices.
j. Plan, identify, execute and risk management of the construction work within budgets.
k. Reporting regularly on project progress and activities to your superior from time to time.
