POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible in overseeing projects from pre-bids to project completion.
ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:
Directly reports to Project Manager and Project Supervisor
Coordinates with Sales Executives, Coordinators, Purchasers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and Engineers.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
N/A
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists all Business Development Department project concerns.
Attends client meetings, pre-bids and bidding.
Conducts site inspection.
In charge of technical evaluation (electro-mechanical requirements)
Evaluates contractor's performance if within service level agreement (SLA).
Supervise and monitor sub-contractor.
Prepares reports such as actual costing of project, progress billing, and turn over documents.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered Electrical Engineer
Has driving skills and a driver's license with 1 and 2 restriction code.
Competency Requirements:
Basic knowledge on electrical wiring.
Efficient communication and negotiation skills
Highly Cooperative
Innovative and has a high sense of achievement drive.
Proficiency in Auto Cad.
Requirements
