JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of Engineering course preferably in the field of Civil, Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical with Engineering License holder is required
· Minimum of five years' experience on project management and implementation of maintenance work
· Possesses good presentation skills and command of the English language in both oral and written forms
· Adept with establishing Preventive, Corrective and Condition based Maintenance Programs and familiar with all Government rules and regulation concerning plant facilities management
· Coming from the Food Industry is an advantage
· Preferably with experience on CMMS, ISO, SAP
· With good managerial skills and has attended trainings related to managing people and monitoring
JOB SUMMARY:
· Ensure effective operation of machines and facilities used by the company
· Prevent/Minimize/Eliminate down time due to equipment breakdown
· Manage engineering projects of the company's equipment, machine, buildings, offices & other company facilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensures high plant equipment and facilities up-time and conservation of fixed assets through implementation and conduction if an efficient preventive maintenance program
· Plans and directs corrective, as well as preventive maintenance measures on the concerning plant facilities and machines in order to minimize machine down-time and avoid loss/waste of time money, and other company resources.
· Ensures that repair jobs are executed in accordance with EHS and quality standards of the company
· Coordinates the involvement of contracts for facilities, maintenance and engineering activities in an economical, efficient and effective manner
· Conceptualizes plan and design of construction and renovation projects
