Job Descriptions
Prepare, Schedule, Coordinate, and Monitor the assigned projects.
Monitor installation processes to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Interact daily with the client to interpret their needs and requirements.
Responsible for project cost estimation and budgeting.
Prepares and implement the overall installation program and resource planning.
Carry out the design, construction and installation of elevator and escalator transport system.
Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and mentor project teams.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Responsible for site preparations and ensuring completion of all structural requirements.
Ensuring that elevators and escalators can be operated safely.
Prepares project documentation.
Review engineering deliveries and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Define the project materials, equipment, tools, and manpower needed to finish the project.
Provide barricade and safety signage to all needed project area.
Perform administrative reporting to immediate superior.
Coordinate and helps the accounting of timely submission of invoices and follow-up with clients for release of cash receivables.
Such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned to him/her by the COMPANY.
Job Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of technical systems
In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrics and electronics
Ability to read and understand electrical, diagrams, plans, and drawings of elevator and escalators
Knowledge of elevator and escalator maintenance equipment
Ability to work autonomously
Problem-solving skills
Ability to supervised and manage subordinates
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Good people management
Good oral and written communication skills.
With good assessment skills.
Basic computer and AutoCAD skills
