Job Description
Monitor and coordinate the day to day accomplishment on Site
Supervise/monitor and evaluate work activities regarding compliance to schedule, quality and safety
Handling of manpower/workers on site
Perform project coordination and attend site meetings.
Facilitates and resolves potential issues and problems during implementation
Ensures that various materials and services needed during the project are procured and delivered on time and on quality for the successful completion of the project
Conducts quality control assessment, site inspection and acceptance of partially completed works in accordance with the design requirements and construction standards
Project documentation and accurate reporting
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Skills
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage the project team, including third party contractors, in delivering projects according to plan
Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Time management and project management skills
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, license is a plus
Knowledge of construction and electrical regulations, technical standards
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
Can easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Mobile and on field work most of the time
Willing to manage during night shift and weekends
