Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Skills in Project Management, MS Office.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in construction industry or any related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Binangonan Rizal.
Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Duties and Responsibilites:
Supervise construction projects either civil or structural
Prepares budget and resources essential to the project
Coordinates with client and subcontractor concerning project activity aand gives feedback to Construction Department
Attends meeting and participates in group discussion regarding project planning activities as the need arises
Checks/evaluates measurements to verify actual alignment and tolerances
Evaluate amd recomment solutions to problems and issues that arises at site
Prepare reports such as Daily Accomplishment and other reports as required
Performs related job as necessary
