Key Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of project, schedule planning, implementation, site management from conception, completion, TOP and DLP stage
Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals
Check drawing discrepancies and make necessary amendments
Able to comprehend and develop different type of drawings (architectural, structural and M&E)
To resolve site issues with sub con
Prepare weekly report
Carry out project objectives to align with company goals
Provide overall direction in time setting, cost and quality standards
Able to liaise with various key personnel to conduct regular site visits for project progress update
Handle other ad-hoc matters assigned by office

​​Reduce material wastages on site
Maximise usage of machineries/equipment/
Reduce utilities on site.
To control the allocated direct workforce effectively i.e. no. of direct workers and overtime etc.
Follow approved construction method (Production, Fit-up and installation) that is cost effective, productive & without compromising on Quality.
Meet targeted progress of works so as to achieve the intended cash flow.
Requirements​
Recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
Min 5 years project management experience in Singapore
Able to handle his/her project independently
High achiever, result orientated, good team player & able to work independently
Great interpersonal and management skills
Able to work on Saturdays
Able to work in fast paced environment
